Texas Hospital Mistakenly Tells Woman Her Husband Died After Mix Up

A Texas hospital accidentally Told a woman her husband had passed away. The woman identified as Betty Harris had just visited her husband who was at a rehabilitation center after having knee surgery the day before. The next day she got a call from a doctor telling her that her husband was in the emergency room and passed away. The hospital had later realized they mixed her husband up with a different patient  after someone passed off his chart while rushing another patient to the hospital. Click Here To Read More.
