Teacher approved Early Retirement After Slapping Student

A teacher in Indiana is facing charges after being caught on video slapping a 15 year old student in the hallway causing him to hit his head against a wall. The Incident happened at Jimtown high school, the teacher was identified as Michael Hosinski allegedly stopped the student for wearing a hoodie.
