A USPS worker in Rochester was harassed Thursday when a woman struck their mail vehicle with a bottle. The worker was uninjured and called 911 after reaching safety. Sekou Diakate, a 41-year-old postal delivery person in Canandaigua, has been accused of mail fraud.
