T-Mobile Has To Pay $20 Million After Outage That Left Customers Unable To Call 911

T-Mobile has to pay $20 million in a settlement with the FCC over an outage that lasted for more than half A-day back in June of 2020 leaving millions of customers unable to make emergency calls to 911. T-Mobile also has to improve their response time service outages especially when it comes to making calls to 911. This isn’t the 1st time T-Mobile has to pay a huge fine for service outages  Back in August 2014 there were 2 nationwide outages in the same day.
