Syracuse Basketball Advances To Sweet 16 In NCAA Tournament

Buddy Boeheim scored 22 of his 25 points after halftime to lead 11th-seeded Syracuse past third-seeded West Virginia 75-72 in the NCAA Tournament on Sunday. For Buddy’s, dad Hall of Fame Head Coach Jim Boeheim, it’s his 20th Sweet 16 appearance.
The Syracuse Orange have advanced to the Sweet 16 each time they’ve been given a double-digit seeding. Reaching the Final Four as a 10 in 2016 and the Sweet 16 as an 11 in 2018. Syracuse advanced to face second-seeded Houston in a Midwest Regional semifinal. Click Here To Read More.
