Swingers Club Ordered To Pay nearly $1,000,000

A Miami swingers club was just ordered to pay 32 models close to $1 million after using their photos to promote the club.

The models were originally seeking $5.3 million for damages and also claim the club has a filthy reputation.

There were 2 similar cases here in Rochester. A few years back, two strip clubs that are no longer operating were sued by Instagram models after using their pictures to promote parties.
