Supreme Court Ruled Evictions Can Now Go Through

Late Thursday the Supreme Court Ruled that eviction protection for over 3 million people on the federal level will not continue and blocked President Joe Biden from enforcing a temporary ban.

With the rise of COVID-19 and the Delta variant spreading like wildfire that wasn’t enough for the Supreme Court’s Ruling to be in favor of the people who’s facing eviction.
New York State eviction moratorium is expected to expire on expire on August 31st it previously was giving a month extension back in July and running until of this month No word yet if governor Hochul will extend the mortitorium.
