Two 21-year-old Rochester men were killed in a wrong-way crash on Rochester’s Inner Loop early Friday after a driver allegedly traveled the wrong way and hit their car head-on.

The alleged wrong-way driver was critically injured, and a third driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
