St. John Fisher Put Onto Lockdown After False AI Security Alert

St. John Fisher College went into lock down after a false alarm from an AI security alert about firearms being on campus.
But instead, it was prop guns being used for rehearsal inside the school’s theater.
This is the second news story this week about artificial intelligence getting it wrong when it comes to doing jobs that humans would normally do.
I’m not disappointed with this tech mishap because this could’ve been a real situation.
The campus was put on lockdown for about 20 minutes.
