Spencerport Canal Days Return

After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Spencerport Canal Days were back this weekend. To celebrate the end of July, the event took place with lots of arts and crafts vendors, a tasting tent, a children’s activity event, and more. This year marked the 39th anniversary of Spencerport Canal Days.
Ginny Swarthout, Director for Canal Days, stated: “We have a wonderful community, Spencerport- the village- is called ‘someplace special’ and we believe that. Come to see what we have to offer, in Spencerport, we have a wonderful school system, great restaurants, we have shops to shop in. We’ve got the canal, come by and sit on the canal, or bike on the canal. You will enjoy being here.”
