Spa owner accused of using Rochester & Lockport spas for prostitution ring

Linian Song, the former owner of S Wellness Spa in Rochester, New York, has been charged with running a prostitution ring involving her current business, New Elegant Shiatsu in Lockport, as well as her previous establishment. A federal court criminal complaint alleges that both locations advertised sexual services on websites similar to Backpage and have customer reviews indicating that sexual acts were performed there. Furthermore, Song is accused of transporting employees and other females, some of whom were reportedly illegally in the U.S. from China, between these spas and other locations for the purpose of engaging in illegal activities. She faces charges related to interstate and foreign travel or transportation in aid of racketeering enterprises.
