A number of RCSD staff members were put on leave after a security video from an incident that happened at Franklin high school leaked and was shared on social media.
Last week there were reports of a student being shot at Franklin high school’s campus, The video showed other students when an incident happened which became a safety concern.
Hearing about the incident and seeing it firsthand is totally different, I do believe the community should see the video, but I also am concerned about the risk that it puts others who could possibly be identified in the video.
