Sodus Rehabilitation and Nursing Center On Watch List For Health and Safety Violations

Personal Healthcare LLC, the owner of Sodus Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and Utica Rehabilitation and Nursing Center,  is on a watch list due to severe health and safety violations from the NYS Department of Health. 

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is monitoring the nursing centers under a new set of regulations. CEO of Personal Healthcare LLC, Ephraim Zagelbaum was not available for comment.
