Snack Giant Mondelez Sues Aldi for Trademark Infringement

Mondelez International is suing Aldi, claiming the retailer copies its snack packaging to mislead customers into buying store-brand look-alikes.

The lawsuit cites similarities in design, font, and colors on products resembling Oreos, Nutter Butter, and Wheat Thins.

Mondelez seeks damages and a court order to stop the sales.
