Seabreeze Park Operator Fired After Failing to Secure Safety Restraints on Kiddie Ride

An internal investigation at Seabreeze Amusement Park confirmed that a ride operator failed to properly secure the safety restraints on a kiddie ride before dispatching it, violating park safety protocols.

Fortunately, the ride was stopped before it fully left the station, allowing staff to secure the restraints before proceeding.

The employee responsible is no longer with the park.

Seabreeze emphasized its longstanding commitment to safety and expressed gratitude to the guest who reported the issue. “We take matters like this very seriously,” said Natalie Darrow, Director of Marketing.

The park appreciated that the family chose to stay and continue enjoying their visit.
