RPD Officers Involved In The Death Of Daniel Prude Will Not Face Criminal Charges

New York State Attorney General Leticia James announce Tuesday evening the Rochester police officers involved with the death of Daniel Prude will face no criminal charges.

The announcement came after grand jury decided not to indict the police officers.
Daniel Prude death was ruled a homicide the Medical Examiner last year.
The Department Of Justice announced that it will launch of federal civil rights review into Daniel Prude case.
