The legendary R&B artist and co-founder of The Gap Band, Ronnie Wilson, has passed away at age 73. Wilson’s wife, Linda Boulware-Wilson, confirmed this in a Facebook post on Tuesday, asking his fans to pray for the family while they mourn his death: “The love of my life was called home this morning, at 10:01 am…Ronnie Wilson was a genius with creating, producing, and playing the flugelhorn, Trumpet, keyboards, and singing music, from childhood to his early seventies. He will be truly missed!!!”
