Rockland County Declares State of Emergency Due To Measles Outbreak

After six months of investigation and vaccination Rockland county has declared a state of emergency and banned all unvaccinated minors under the age of 18 from public places.

In an attempt to contain the outbreak children that have not yet received the measles vaccine are banned from shops, restaurants, schools and places of worship for the next 30 days or until they get their shots.
