Dyaisha Fair, a 5-foot-5 guard, becomes just the sixth women’s basketball player ever to be drafted out of Syracuse University. She was the first to be invited and attend the WNBA draft. Fair, a Rochester native, is the third-leading all-time Division I women’s basketball scorer with 3,403 points.
