Rochester’s Own Darnell Wilson Awarded Carnegie Medal

Congratulations goes out to Rochester’s own Darnell Wilson for being awarded the Carnegie Medal. One of North American’s highest civilian honors. The recognition is given to those who risk their lives to an extraordinary degree to save the life of another.

On December 23, 2019, 32-year-old Darnell Wilson risked his life when he came to the rescue of a Rochester business owner during an attempted robbery.
