Rochester Teachers Union Offers Emergency Loans Amid Pay Issues

Around 150 Rochester City School District employees have not received full or any paychecks due to a payroll system change on July 1.

The Rochester Teachers Association is offering interest-free emergency loans of up to $2,000 through a partnership with Advantage Federal Credit Union.

The union plans to meet with district leaders this week to address the issue.
