Rochester Police Department Released New Footage Of Incident With 9 Year Old Child

The Rochester Police Department released more body camera footage of the incident with the 9-year-old. Last month a 9-year-old was put in handcuffs and pepper-sprayed by officers. The incident sparked outrage when the body camera footage was released going viral nationally.
One officer was suspended and two others were placed on Administrative leave after the incident occurred. The Rochester Police Department is conducting an internal investigation that is still ongoing.
