The parents of a 3-month-old baby that was mauled to death by 2 dogs are now being charged with manslaughter.
According to reports the couple stayed the night at a home on Bidwell Terrace and left the baby sleeping on the attic floor next to 2 dogs while they left the room to smoke marijuana.
The parents found that the baby was attacked by one of the dogs and later that day in the hospital.
