Rochester Organic Wine Bar Opens

Aldaskellar Wine Company has officially opened in the South Wedge, serving at the corner of Gregory Street and South Avenue. Owned by Brandon Opalich, Aldaskellar Wine Company is an organic wine bar, selling naturally made wines from around the world. Opalich first began as a pop-up tasting event at Swan Dive on Alexander Street.
Opalich stated: “We love Rochester, and having the community come out and support us the way they did was just overwhelming, and just reiterated how we’re in the right place. I’d like to continue moving forward being a positive impact not only in the South Wedge but in Rochester as a community member and as a business owner.”
