Rochester Man Charged With Sexual Contact With Child May Be More Victims

Rochester Police have arrested and charged 32 year-old Josue Maldonado-Soto with sexual misconduct against a child and disseminating indecent material to minors. They believe there are more victims in this case.
Investigators say Maldonado-Soto sent sexually explicit to an 11 year-old and and engaged in sexual contact with the child over a four month period from. He faces 25 years if convicted.

Police say there is a “strong possibility” there are other victims and if you have any information or believe a child you know has been in contact with this man call police immediately at 585-428-7157.
