Rochester Holiday Traditions Return

Happy December! Looking for a way to celebrate this holiday season? We’ve got a couple of local events happening today (Friday, December 1st).
The Genesee Brewery is hosting its annual keg tree lighting from 5-9 pm, with the lighting scheduled for 6:30. Food trucks will be on hand for the family-friendly event. For the adults, the brewery will have a special cinnamon cream ale available.There is also a free shuttle service to and from the High Falls Garage from 4:30-9:15 pm.
Across town, the fifth annual Roc Holiday Village is kicking off it’s first day! It features food and drinks, a shopping village, ice skating, visits with Santa, and runs through Dec. 23 at Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park, excluding Mondays and Tuesdays.
