With a shortage of health care workers before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, things have gone from bad to worse.
URMC said the have loss about 300 employees across the board due to New York State’s vaccine mandate. With some hospitals are running anywhere from 20 to 35% vacancy rates. Some believe Even if Gov.
