The ROC Holiday Village, a festive attraction in downtown Rochester, is bringing more than holiday cheer—it’s boosting business for nearby establishments. Located at Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park, the event draws crowds from near and far, benefiting bars, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding areas like East Avenue, Adventure Place, and Park Avenue.

Local business owners and employees are feeling the positive impact. Tatyana Qadiri, owner of Capri Wine Bar and Restaurant, noted a significant increase in customers since the festival began. “It’s a great opportunity for families and kids to enjoy the city’s sights,” she shared.

Aidan O’Brien from Fatty Beer Company echoed the sentiment, highlighting the influx of patrons wandering the neighborhood after attending the event. Similarly, Alex Calvo, a server at Veneto, emphasized the lively holiday atmosphere, saying, “The holidays are the best time of year for sure, and people really show that when they come here.”

The 6th annual ROC Holiday Village runs through December 29, continuing to provide a festive boost to local businesses. For event schedules and details, visit the official ROC Holiday Village website.
