Restaurant Apologizes To Mom After Her 9 Year Old Son Was Being Discriminated Against

A Baltimore restaurant had to apologize to a black mother after her nine-year-old son was being denied service because of the way the boy was dressed. What made the mom Question the Restaurant’s dress code policy because there was a little white boy around the same age as the black boy with the same type of outfit.
When the mom confronted the restaurant manager and demanded an explanation on why her son was being treated differently than the other little boy, she was repeatedly told the restaurant has a dress code. But obviously that dress code didn’t apply to the other family.
Since the video went viral, the restaurant manager was put on leave indefinitely and the restaurant said they’re changing their dress code guidelines for children ages 12 and under.
