Malcolm-Jamal Warner, best known for playing Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show, has died at age 54 in an accidental drowning while on a family vacation in Costa Rica, People reports.
Warner portrayed the only son of Bill Cosby’s character, Cliff Huxtable, throughout the show’s eight-season run.
He was a teenager during most of the series and received an Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy.
