Reign Review – Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness

Written by on April 3, 2020

Netflix dropped it’s new docuseries Tiger King and it has everyone talking especially on social media. The docuseries is about big cat lover and G.W. Zoo owner Joe Exotic.

Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness is exactly what this limited series is – crazy. Joe Exotic draws you right in from the moment the show starts.

Tariq suggested to watch this one but I’m quite surprised because Sight is usually the on top of the off the wall shows. This one is good. Sometimes hard to watch because I love animals so if you haven’t had a chance to catch it just be a little prepared some scenes are not easy.

I’m on the last episode right now but I had to stop and do this blog because O.J. Simpson weighed in on Exotics arch enemy. Big Cat Rescue founder and animal rights activist Carole Baskin.

Light Spoiler Alert: The docuseries follows Joe Exotic his rise to the top and then his ultimate downfall – His plot to have Carole Baskin murdered. In the middle of all of the madness there is an episode that touches on Carole Baskin’s ex-husband Don Lewis.

Don Lewis disappeared and his body has never been found. There was no evidence that Carole Baskin actually killed him but Joe Exotic is convinced she did.

Now, the reason I mentioned O.J. Simpson earlier is because he watched the series and expressed his thoughts on Carole via Twitter.

I will leave you with this.

If O.J. Simpson said Carole made her ex-husband Tiger Shasimi then there you have it – she disappeared her ex-husband.

Last thought: Tiger King is a hot mess that you just can not stop watching.
