Red Wings Dominate Opening Night at Innovative Field

Rochester Red Wings General Manager Dan Mason welcomed fans back for Opening Day with a mix of nerves and excitement. The home opener on April 1 ended in a blowout 10-1 win over the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, highlighted by Drew Millas’ home run and five RBIs. Mason praised the blend of prospects and seasoned players, as well as fifth-year manager Matt LeCroy’s leadership. The team also unveiled its new Red Wings Performance Center—an elite training facility with state-of-the-art batting cages and analysis tools. The Red Wings hope the upgrades and strong roster will fuel a successful 2025 season.
