Red Wings announce plans for opening day

The Red Wings are gearing up for opening day at Innovative Field on April 2. The first 1,500 fans through the gates will receive winter mittens, and the first 5,000 attendees will get a 2024 magnet schedule. The ceremonial first pitch will be thrown by Red Wings legend Don Fazio and the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra Brass Quintet will perform the National Anthem. Gates open at 2:30 p.m., with the game against the Lehigh Valley IronPigs commencing at 4:05 p.m. Purchase single-game tickets for all 75 games directly through the Red Wings’ website.
