Recall Alert: 2 Million Dunkin’ Baked Goods Pulled Due to Potential Listeria Contamination
Written by DJ Sight on February 11, 2025
About 2 million baked goods, including some Dunkin’ doughnuts and coffee rolls, were recalled last month due to potential listeria contamination, as reported by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The recall, initiated by manufacturer FGF Brands, affected products made before December 13, 2024, and began on January 7, 2025, though no formal press release was issued by the FDA.
The recalled items included various doughnuts and pastries.
Dunkin’ stated that no food tested positive for listeria and that current products are safe to consume.
Listeria is a significant food-borne illness, ranking as the third-leading cause of related deaths in the U.S., according to the CDC.
