In a recent announcement via social media, Live Nation confirmed the cancellation of Travis Scott’s planned performance at the Pyramids of Giza. Initially set to be held this Friday, July 28, the concert faced cancellation due to production issues that made it impossible to set up the show in the desert, despite intense efforts.

The plan for Scott’s concert in Egypt was officially announced earlier this month. However, it faced opposition from Egypt’s Musicians’ Syndicate, they threatened to withdraw the concert’s permit, arguing that it was at odds with Egyptian cultural identity.
