The news was confirmed by his son, Abraham “A.B.” Quintanilla III, who shared an emotional Instagram post on Saturday, December 13. “It’s with a heavy heart to let you guys know that my Dad passed away today,” A.B. wrote, alongside a photo of his father set to Pedro Infante’s ‘Cien Años.’ At this time, no cause of death has been publicly released.
