Authorities in Rochester and Monroe County are warning the public about 29-year-old Oleksandr Levytskyy of Irondequoit, who is accused of stalking and harassing multiple women.
He was recently arrested for following a woman to work and making sexual comments, then released due to state law.
He had also been arrested in July for similar behavior.
Cafe Sasso staff, including the harassed employee, described feeling unsafe after the incident.
Police and the sheriff’s office say they’re increasing patrols and monitoring Levytskyy’s activity, while also seeking long-term solutions.
