A man in his 30s was shot and killed by Rochester police Thursday night in the 19th Ward after reportedly pulling a gun and refusing to drop it.
Officers responded to reports of attempted car break-ins.
A firearm was found next to the suspect. The NYS Attorney General is investigating, and the officers are on administrative leave.
