A Philadelphia man has turned himself in to police after an incident involving him and a woman at a Dollar Store was caught on video and went viral.
Reports say the incident happened back in June when the suspect Gary Miles was seen running out of the store and you can hear a woman screaming saying the man ejaculated on her leg.
Even rapper Meek Mill went on social media and offered $2,000 for information on the suspect.
Gary Miles has been arrested at least five times from April 2011 to December 2021 on charges ranging from indecent assault to indecent exposure.
The man has been charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment.
