Oprah Winfrey announced this week that she’s offering a four-week, virtual wellness tour called “Oprah’s Your Life in Focus: A Vision Forward — Live Virtual Experience” live and free to the public starting Saturday, May 16, at 11 a.m. EDT/8 a.m. PDT. The premise of the tour is “Live a stronger, healthier, and more connected life right now.” The topics for each 90-minute session are as follows:
– May 16 (Focus): Find clarity in both your physical and emotional well-being.
– May 23 (Connect): Relationships in a time of social distancing.
– May 30 (Adapt): Tools to build your strongest self.
– June 6 (Commit): Habits, health, and happiness. What you can do right now.
Each week, the 66-year-old entertainer and businesswoman will talk about the wellness lessons that she has learned and how attendees can use her experiences and knowledge in their lives. She will also provide interactive workbook exercises and live conversations with wellness experts that attendees can participate in as time allows.
As Winfrey explained: “In early 2020, I spent nine weeks traveling the country, talking to people about being well and staying focused. It was exhilarating. Then the pandemic hit and shook us all. Now, it’s more important than ever to be and stay well and strong. Together, let’s reset, refocus and find clarity in what matters most.”
