For those of you that are speed demons especially on highway work zones you may want to slow down because State Police will be kicking off the “Operation Hard Hat” campaign.
Operation Hardhat is in April and now that the warm weather is breaking, you’ll see more construction workers out on the highway.
State police and local police will be looking for drivers speeding, talking on cell phone, seat belts, and ignoring other traffic laws.
