Nicki Minaj Makes Fun of Mentally Ill Woman

Nicki Minaj is taking alot of heat this morning after posting a video on her IG last night.
Last night Minaj posted a video where it seems as though she is mocking a woman with a mental illness (incapacitated) as she walks down the streets of South Beach Miami.
The video shows Nicki recording the woman from her car while the woman shouts, “Go away,” at Nicki. In the background Nicki giggles and galls the woman. You can see the video here:
Representatives from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and many others online have not taken this post lightly. Nicki has not yet responded to the backlash.
