New York Courts Began Enforcing Smart Glasses Ban

New York State courts banned smart glasses in all courthouses starting July 20.

The rule applied to everyone, including attorneys and court staff, and covered any eyewear with cameras, microphones, or recording technology. 

Visitors who brought smart glasses had to check them at security before entering.
