New Legislation Calls for Free School Lunches

Yesterday, new legislation was announced about free school lunches for all children regardless of income was announced. The announcement was made by Congressman Joe Morelle at Foodlink. The new bill coincided with Hunger Action Month and also calls for expanding summer food service and grants for new equipment in kitchens.
