New $1 Million Grant Advances Hotel Cadillac Transformation

The former Hotel Cadillac in Downtown Rochester will be transformed into 42 mixed-income apartments called the Fine Arts Building Lofts after receiving an additional $1 million state grant.

The project, which previously received $6.2 million in state funding, will use the new grant for infrastructure upgrades, demolition, utility work, road improvements and facade enhancements.
