More Information Released About Deadly Nursing Home Shooting

There was an update with the tragic nursing home story from over the weekend.

Reports say a 70-year-old man went to visit his 90-year-old mother at Pearl Nursing Center Sunday morning around 7:30 the man then shot his mother and then turned the gun on himself.

Reports say the woman had only been living at the nursing center for less than a month.

Police are still investigating the incident.
