Monroe County, Red Wings Seek New Naming Sponsor for Stadium

Monroe County and the Rochester Red Wings are shopping naming rights for the ballpark currently known as Innovative Field, with the existing deal expiring November 15, 2025. Documents to the County Legislature note neither Innovative Solutions nor former sponsor Frontier Communications is seeking a long-term renewal. County Executive Adam Bello proposed amending the lease so Rochester Community Baseball can act as marketing agent and retain up to 18% of a future naming deal; in exchange, the county would continue providing stadium Wi-Fi. The Red Wings’ lease with the county runs through the end of the 2027 season. The 2022 agreement that rebranded Frontier Field to Innovative Field will remain in effect until a new partner is secured. News 8 contacted the team and Innovative Solutions; the club declined further comment and the company hasn’t responded.
