Despite all the craziness with her label, 1501 Certified Entertainment, Megan Thee Stallion will release new music.
The title of the album is SUGA and has nine songs. It drops Friday 03/06.
It looks like it’s going to be a hot girl winter/spring!!
A quick rundown of Hot Girl Meg’s situation. She went live letting fans know one of the two labels she signed with wouldn’t let her release new music. The reason, she wanted to renegotiate her contract. Back in January she signed with Roc Nation management and she took 1501’s operation manager with her.
Meg was granted a temporary restraining order by a judge in Texas on Monday. The order is against 1501’s founder Carl Crawford. According to reports, the lawsuit states Crawford uses J. Prince, founder of Rap A Lot Records to intimidate people in the music industry. She claims 1501’s founder made a producer give up the beats or J. Prince would be not be happy, alleging that comment to be a threat.
Under the restraining order Megan can release her new music.
So, all you hot girls we are about to be on some #realhotgirlshit
