Mayor Malik Evans Opens $30 Million Rochester Inner Loop Affordable Housing

State and local leaders unveiled the completion of a $30 million, 112-unit, affordable housing development on Rochester’s Inner Loop near East Avenue. The development will offer inclusive and affordable housing on East Avenue along the Inner Loop, consisting of a five-story, 112-unit, apartment building. Included are 35 units set aside for elderly residents and 20 units reserved for homeless veterans with in-house support services. Inside the new apartments are modern appliances, open-concept windows and laundry units on all floors.
