Acquinas varsity football has its first ever black head coach.
Congratulations to Maurice Jackson who was a well known former star athlete in the Rochester area, Jackson went to John Marshall High School, He went on to play division one football at Syracuse University and professionally for the Buffalo Bills.
The announcement was made Tuesday afternoon And best of luck to Maurice Jackson and his team.
